LD Jewellery Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials, depending on the product type.
Silver Products
All silver jewellery is covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty includes manufacturing defects and material faults. If a fault is identified by our team, we will provide a repair or replacement.
Solid Gold Products
For our 14k solid gold jewellery, we provide a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or material issues. If a defect is found, we will offer a repair or replacement.
Warranty Coverage
Set Stones: We cover the loss of set stones for the lifetime of the product. In such cases, we will repair or replace the item.
Manufacturing and Material Defects: Faults identified within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced after assessment.
Post-Warranty Repairs
After the warranty period, repairs will incur a small fee. The cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
