Although we do NOT issue refunds, for faulty items, we will gladly repair, exchange or refund it. Exchanges can be made by emailing within 7 days of receiving the goods. We can exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value minus postage. Please note we cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind. Please choose carefully.


All jewellery and crystal items are very delicate and should be handled carefully. Please note that tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Crystal stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a fault.

GOLD/SILVER PLATED JEWELRY CARE TIPS Please note most of my gold plated and silver plated jewelry are plated over brass. This type of metal is NOT WATERPROOF. It tarnishes much quicker than gold filled and sterling silver.

✓ Avoid water, swimming, sweating and high humidity.
✓ Remove jewelry at night to extend the life of your jewelry.
✓ Do not clean with chemicals.
✓ Use clean, soft, dry cloth to polish the jewelry after wearing.
✓ Store the jewelry in jewelry boxes/bags or soft velvet and avoid long-term exposure to moist air or strong light.


It is recommended to keep jewellery from salt water, chlorine, sauna or any chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, oils, lotions, etc. When not in use please store jewellery in your jewellery box and in an airtight plastic bag to help prevent tarnishing.

Tarnishing of silver and brass does happen after continuous wear from contact with moisture/oils from the skin, perfume, lotions and exposure to the natural elements. Regular cleaning is recommended, either with soap and water or a polishing cloth.


We ship worldwide! We use Australia Post for shipment. Please allow sufficient time for deliveries.

All orders are shipped to the address as written on your account. Please make sure your address is correct and "safe" to receive items as refund will not be given for invalid mailing information such as address errors or for lost packages. We can also ship directly to the recipient. Please notify us via convo with details of your request.

Australian Shipping: Shipping takes 2-5 days normal mail with Australia Post. If you would like the item to be registered, please let me know prior to purchase.

International Shipping: Prices quoted for shipping are via Australia Post International Airmail and may take from 2-4 weeks. Please note that registering and / or insuring your parcel will cost extra - if you would like your parcel registered and / or insured, convo me prior to purchase. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Shipping Upgrade/Insurance: If you prefer a faster delivery or insurance on your item please contact me for any shipping upgrade questions. I can not be responsible for international lost orders. Please understand that once it leaves my hands it is now in the responsibility of the Postal Service to get it to you safely. You also have the option to add insurance to your item to insure that you do not have a lost package.
